Participation in Ph.D. Course “Foundations of the Economics of Education: Educational Production"

From June 22 to 25, 2026, Nadja Gutermann participated in the Leading House Ph.D. course “Foundations of the Economics of Education: Educational Production,” taught by Ludger Woessmann from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München and ifo Institute – Leibniz Institute for Economic Research. 

The course explored the key components of the education production function, including resource inputs, institutional structures, and non-school input factors, as well as the broader lifecycle of education policy.

The next Leading House Ph.D. course will be “Randomized Experiments in Economics of Education,” taught by Eric Bettinger (Stanford University) during the first week of September.
