Office 365 (MS-Cloud) is a new service of ZDV (8/2019), which enables you to store your data online ("in the cloud") and to share and edit this data with other users.
With this cloud storage, your data is not (only) stored on a local data carrier, but on Microsoft servers in Europe (Ireland). The cloud solution is also known under the general name "Microsoft OneDrive for Business". With the OneDrive app, you can automatically store and synchronize local data in your Office 365 (MS cloud). If required, with a local copy on their own computer.

Office 365 (MS-Cloud) is therefore particularly suitable for business data that you want to keep up-to-date on several devices and that you may want to edit and share with other users (even without ZDV-LogInID, external users). Also useful are the apps for Android and iOS.
