Pausenexpress

The Pausenexpress is an offer for employees of the University of Tübingen to take active breaks. The 15-minute programme includes various mobilization, strengthening, stretching and relaxation exercises, which are carried out in everyday clothing directly at the workplace in a group. The aim of the program is to strengthen employees' mental and physical resources and thus prevent risk factors in the workplace.

The Pausenexpress is a program developed by the Allgemeiner Deutscher Hochschulsportverband (German University Sports Association) for active breaks at the workplace, which University Sports Center Tübingen has been training students as exercise instructors since 2011 and offers active breaks as part of the university's Corporate health management.
Further information on the program can be found on the website of the corpoarte health management.
