Reserve a group study room

In the Ammerbau, students of the University of Tübingen have access to more than 20 group study rooms for learning and working together. The rooms can be reserved online with limited time allotments. 

  • If you notice any damage to the equipment or soiling in the group study room, please report it immediately. The person who has booked the room is liable for all damage and soiling caused by members of the group.
  • Unfortunately, the rooms are not very soundproof. Please speak at a normal volume.
  • Food and open drinks are not permitted in the group study rooms.

Reservation with the booking system anny

Here you will find detailed instructions for making a reservation.

  • Please log in to anny using your ZDV credentials.
  • Select the room and the desired time, then reserve the room.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with a PIN code.
  • Enter this PIN into the door lock (without the #) and press Enter.
  • The door will unlock automatically.

Guidelines for reserving group workspaces

  • The group study rooms are available only for collaborative study and academic work
  • Only members of the University of Tübingen may reserve group study rooms
  • Reservations can be made up to 7 days in advance
  • Maximum of 2 bookings per week
  • Maximum of 2 hours per day
  • Bookable time slots: 1–2 hours

Canceling a Reservation

There are two ways to cancel a reservation.

  • Log in to the system. Under “My Bookings” (calendar icon in the top-left corner), you will see your upcoming bookings by default.
  • You can then cancel the respective booking at the bottom left.
  • Alternatively, you can access your booking via the “Manage Booking” link in the confirmation email and cancel it there as well at the bottom left.

Cleanliness

Please leave the rooms tidy, do not leave books lying around and dispose of your trash in the trash separators. Please report to: informationspam prevention@ub.uni-tuebingen.de if you find a room dirty, we will then contact the person who booked the room before you.
