Enise Akay Aras

Enise Akay Aras is a research assistant and doctoral student at the Hector Research Institute of Education Sciences and Psychology at the University of Tübingen. She is part of the scientific support team for the Hector Children's Academies in the field of talent development and giftedness.

Her research focuses on self-regulated learning and motivation theories. Specifically, she aims to identify how goal setting promotes self-regulated learning and to develop interventions that enhance effort regulation in gifted students.
