The Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences is committed to actively contributing to family-friendly working conditions for all university employees and family-friendly study conditions for students. The primary goal for the future is to optimise and further expand family-friendly structures, as the compatibility of work and study with family responsibilities is a central cornerstone of an equality-oriented, future-oriented and family-friendly university.
Doctoral students, postdocs and habilitation candidates with small children can apply for funding for research assistants to continue their scientific project and for childcare.
