Public presentation ceremony of the Sustainability Awards for Theses and the Sustainability Lecture 2018

The Sustainability Prize is awarded to theses at Bachelor’s and Master’s level that are outstandingly dedicated to topics related to sustainable development.

The winners will be announced during the ceremony and Chancellor Dr. Andreas Rothfuß will award the prizes.

Alfred T. Ritter will held this year’s Sustainability Lecture. He is Chairman of the Advisory Board of Alfred Ritter GmbH und Co. KG.

His lecture’s title is “Sustainable Development as a perspective for companies: The example of (the company) Ritter” and he will advocate the following thesis: “Industrial society must learn to do business in a way that is compatible with nature, otherwise it will perish”.
