We are characterized by a high degree of networking. Networking and coherently integrating subject-specific sciences, subject-specific didactics  and educational sciences in teacher training  is essential for our work and characterizes our field of activity.

Our collaboration with schools in the region, teachers and students is characterized by a genuine interest in dialogue and trusting cooperation on an equal footing.

We consider a close exchange with representatives of the education administration to be essential for the continuous quality development of teacher training.

Our statutes  regulate the tasks - quality development and internationalization in teacher training, research and promotion of young talent as well as transfer and networking with educational practice - as well as the organizational and committee structure  of TüSE.
