The software we develop is published in repositories under the UB Tübingen's Github organization account.
There, you can also find freely reusable contributions (so-called ground truth data) for the training of machine learning models for automated handwriting recognition or the recognition of older printed texts (Fraktur). Of course, the University Library uses corresponding free licenses for reusability by other parties.
