Applicants must have completed a Bachelor of Education degree in Nano-Science or in a related nano scientific subject or in Physics or Chemistry or Biology, with proof of minimum skills in the nano scientific core areas quantum mechanics, physics of soft matter, physical chemistry, biophysics, special microscopy, nano technology, nano structural science) in an amount of at least 18 ECTS and with a a German grade of 3.0 or better.
