[Blog:] Photo Essay Narrating the City

We had a wonderful and exciting workshop on ‘Narrating the City’. Here are some impressions in the form of a photo essay.

1. Arrival in the Cafe Haag with Coffee and Brezels.
2. Screening of ethnographic film “Survey City”, a film about the mysterious life of documents in a Delhi informal settlement, with film director and anthropologist Sanjay Srivastava follwed by a comment by Cansu Civelek.
3. Open discussion with Sanjay, Cansu, and the audience.
4. Afterwards, it was time for lunch at Hohentübingen Castle.
5. Presentation by Olaf Kühne about "Urban Oilscapes — An Approach to Baton Rouge (Louisiana) from a Neo-Pragmatist Perspective."
