Fit for the Mathematics Olympiad

Course Goal

The course prepares students for the Mathematics Olympiad, strengthens problem-solving skills and reasoning, and motivates through interaction with like-minded peers.

Course Content

The course "Fit for Mathematics Olympiad" is aimed at children who enjoy puzzles and want to prepare together for the Mathematics Olympiad. The focus is on collaboratively solving challenging problems, exchanging solution approaches, and presenting mathematical reasoning in a structured way.
Cooperative learning, mathematical games, and open-ended tasks foster key competencies such as problem-solving ability, mathematical argumentation, and strategic thinking. The course offers space for exchange with peers and motivates through jointly solving demanding mathematical problems.
