Reserve a group study room

In the Ammerbau, students of the University of Tübingen have access to more than 20 group study rooms for learning and working together. The rooms can be reserved online with limited time allotments. You can check out the keys for the group study rooms at the counter in the lending centre.

Please lock the room when you leave.
Do not give the key to anyone else. Instead, return it to the counter in the lending centre.
The key to the group rooms cannot be taken through the revolving door.
If you notice any damage to the equipment or soiling in the group study room, please report it immediately. The person who has booked the room is liable for all damage and soiling caused by members of the group.
Unfortunately, the rooms are not very soundproof. Please speak at a normal volume.
Food and open drinks are not permitted in the group study rooms.

Please log out of the system after the booking process by closing the browser.

Room key necessary

You will need a key to access the workrooms. To get the key, present your booking confirmation and the student ID card at the counter in the lending center (Ausleihzentrum). The student ID card must first be activated by logging in under “My account” in the Katalog plus or at the PC workstations in the University Library. By activating it, you accept our user regulations.

Cancellation

If you do not need a reserved room, you can cancel the room again under the menu item "meine Buchungen".

Cleanliness

Please leave the rooms tidy, do not leave books lying around and dispose of your trash in the trash separators. Please report to: informationspam prevention@ub.uni-tuebingen.de if you find a room dirty, we will then contact the person who booked the room before you.
