The Institute of Sports Science currently qualifies students for educational as well as non-educational jobs. For Physical Education Teacher at a Gymnasium, every winter term approximately 65–70 students are accepted. For the extracurricular job market, a Bachelor of Sports Science degree including different profiles is offered. Currently, each winter term, 31 students are accepted for the profiles Sports Management and Health Promotion, as well as another 17 for the Bachelor’s profile Media and Communication. In addition, there are two Master's programmes, the M.Sc. Sport Science and the M.Sc. Sport Management (17 places each).
