The Humanities Section of the Graduate Academy aims to improve the conditions for all doctoral candidates in the Faculty of Humanities, the Faculty of Protestant Theology and the Faculty of Catholic Theology to successfully complete their doctoral projects and to support young academics in their life and career planning. The services offered complement those of the Central Graduate Academy in a subject-specific manner. All doctoral candidates – regardless of whether they are pursuing an individual doctorate or are members of a graduate college – automatically belong to the Graduate Academy.

Membership in the Academy gives graduates the opportunity to take advantage of the services offered by the Forum Scientiarum and Career Services.
