The Institute for Theoretical Physics at the University Tübingen is looking to fill a
PhD Position in Quantum Metrology or Quantum Information Theory
(f/m/d, E13 TV-L, 50%).
The position will be offered for three years and will have a topic in the field of quantum metrology or quantum information theory. The position will be based at the Institute for Theoretical Physics at the University Tübingen, Germany, in the group of Prof. Daniel Braun.
We are looking for highly motivated candidates with excellent analytical and programming skills, and a sound working knowledge in quantum metrology, quantum information theory, or quantum optics. Formal hiring requirement is a master degree in physics, computer science, or an equivalent degree.
