The two nearest airports are Frankfurt/Main and Stuttgart.

• From Frankfurt airport you need to take the train and change at least once in Stuttgart to get to Tübingen. Travel time is approx. 2-3 hours. See Journey planner.
• From Stuttgart Airport you can take the bus 828 or X82 (Airport-Sprinter). Travel time approx. 70 minutes. See the online schedule.
• From Tübingen main station you can take the TüBus lines 1, 2, 7 or 21 to the stop "Lothar-Meyer-Bau". When you get off the bus, you only have to walk back a few steps to Brechtbau-building, Wilhelmstraße number 50.

Travel by German rail (DB) to Stuttgart main station (Hbf)

From Stuttgart main station there is an hourly train service to Tübingen. Travel time approx. 60 minutes

From Tübingen main station you can take either of the TüBus lines 1, 2, 7 or 21 to the busstop Lothar-Meyer-Bau.
     (The main bus station is directly in front of the train station)

From the A8 motorway

→ Take the B27 to Tübingen

→ Take the 2nd exit direction Böblingen / Lustnau

→ At the 3rd crossing turn left into Wilhelmstraße

→ Follow the street, which becomes Mohlstraße, then Haußerstraße and finally Hölderlinstraße.

→ Turn left at the Gmelinstraße intersection and left again at Wilhelmstraße. The Brechtbau is located at number 50.(building no 70 on the map).
