Molecular Grand Round

Clinical Decision Making in Personalised Medicine

Personalised Medicine - Hype or Reality?

Translates PM into daily clinical work and can we find PM in real-world patient-care?

These questions will be adressed in the newly established "molecular grand round". Based on concrete cases the attending physician points out the important steps from clinical diagnosis towards individualized treatment decisions. The interdisciplinary team consisting of basic scientist, pathway specialists, bioinformaticians, clinicians of various disciplines and geneticist will add their contributions as well, to show and discuss the value of these new diagnostic methods.

The Molecular Grand Round will take place monthly and is held in german, recapitulating 2-3 cases.

In the name of the Comprehensive Cancer Center (CCC) and the Center for Personalised Medicine (ZPM) we would like to invite all interested clinicians, scientists and students to join.

Are you interested to participate and present one of your cases based on interdisciplinary decisions and molecular analysis? Contact us CCC or ZPM.
