Introduction to free strength training
You are new with us? Then arrange an introductory training!
During the KuF introduction we develop an introductory training plan adapted to your training level and your training goals. You will learn important basic exercises as well as important training principles, so that nothing stands in the way of your training with us in the strength and fitness hall.
The KuF introduction is included in the admission fee.
