Python script  for crawling climate information

on weather underground weather:

CrawlWeather.py

Usage: CrawlWeather.py --input InputFileName --browser BrowserDriverName --output OutputFileName

Output file:  CSV file with Sample ID and Climate Information, each sample with 15 records
