Postdoktorandin

Dr. Teodora Groza

Dr. Teodora Groza ist seit November 2025 als Postdoktorandin am Lehrstuhl tätig. Sie hat an der Sciences Po Law School in Rechtswissenschaften promoviert und war Gastwissenschaftlerin an der Harvard Law School und der Stanford Law School. Ihre Arbeit basiert auf der Überzeugung, dass technologische Entwicklungen mit Innovationen im Bereich der Governance einhergehen müssen, und untersucht die Eignung verschiedener rechtlicher Maßnahmen zur Gewährleistung der KI-Ausrichtung. Methodisch nutzt sie das Instrumentarium der Rechts- und Wirtschaftswissenschaften, insbesondere der Organisations- und Institutionenökonomie.

Sie hat Veröffentlichungen zu Datenmärkten, der Governance von KI-Unternehmen, der Rolle von Regulierung bei der Förderung von Innovation und den Auswirkungen neuer Geschäftsmodelle auf die Kartellrechtsrahmen der EU und der USA verfasst. Sie nimmt regelmäßig an Konferenzen in Wissenschaft, Zivilgesellschaft und Industrie teil.
