On 26.06. the SWR has illuminated the topic "Fitness in the water - an effective and gentle method of endurance training" in the context of the health broadcasting series "Doc Fischer". Among other things, the program was filmed in the HSP swimming hall and the aqua fitness course led by Ingrid Arzberger was presented as an exemplary example. The result is a very interesting report that encourages people to exercise in the water. Many thanks to all participants for their contribution!
