Excursion Description:

This excursion focuses on the history of the Cold War and explores political and historical parallels between Germany and Korea. In Berlin, we will visit key sites related to the division of Germany and compare them to the situation on the Korean peninsula. A special focus lies on cultural exchange, memory culture, reunification, and divided societies.
