Dr. Lee Yi-Li, obtained her Ph.D from National Taiwan University College of Law in August 2014 and has since served as a postdoctoral research fellow there. Her research interests include transitional justice, comparative constitutions, international human rights, international humanitarian law and international criminal law. She currently works on the development and paradox between human rights and transitional justice in East Asia.
