GRK-MItglied auf Konferenz in Kopenhagen

Vom 5.-6. Juli 2017 besuchte unsere Kollegiatin Sofiya Kartalova die Konferenz ICON-S (the International Society of Public Law) "Courts, Power, Public Law" in Kopenhagen (Dänemark). In ihrem Vortrag unter dem Titel “The Strategic Value of Ambiguity for the Authority of EU Law in the Dialogue between the European Court of Justice and the National Courts" präsentierte sie das Beispiel der Declaration 1/2004 des Spanischen Verfassungsgerichts.
