<link http: uni-tuebingen.us8.list-manage.com track _blank>Prof. Dr. Tamara van Gog from Utrecht University, NL, has been awarded a Distinguished Inernational Professorship at the University of Tübingen for her excellent work in the field of learning and instruction. In her research, she focuses on example-based learning, embodied cognition in multimedia learning as well as self-regulated learning, reflection, and critical thinking skills. The Distinguished Professorship, which comes with funding for a PhD position, will enable her to regularly visit Tübingen within the next three years to collaborate with researchers from LEAD. Tamara van Gog will join the group of LEAD’s Distinguished Professors with Jacquelynne S. Eccles (University of California, Irvine) and Brent Roberts (University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign).
