Applications at Home Campus & IE3 Global

Your very first steps are to apply at your home campus international office, then apply for the exchange program of your choice at IE3 Global.

Please note the deadlines:

  • For an exchange starting in Fall Term:
    • March 15th (Priority Deadine)
    • April 15th (Regular Deadline)
  • For an exchange starting in Spring Term:
    • October 1st (Priority Deadine)
    • November 1st (Regular Deadline)

Applying by the priority deadline gives you access to all of the universities in Baden-Württemberg. If applying later, there are some restrictions regarding your campus placement.

Application to Host University

Once you have completed you home university and IE3 Global application for exchange and have discussed your BW university preferences with your home university advisor and IE3 Global, you will be nominated to a university in Baden-Württemberg. At this point, be sure to frequently check your inbox and spam folders for emails from the Oregon Study Center in Germany, and your host institution in Baden-Württemberg. Check your host institution's e-mails for important application deadlines, including the application deadline for your student housing in Baden-Württemberg.
