New Horizon Workshop: Historiographies of Christianity in China – A Symposium of Emerging Voices

This workshop seeks to bring together diverse current approaches in the study of Chinese Christianity, whether in historical, theological, literary or other disciplines, employed by scholars based in different parts of the world, confessional and non-confessional, Chinese and other backgrounds, based in- and outside of China. The intended audience: scholars in humanities disciplines who are interested in current intercultural and interdisciplinary engagements of the field. The first afternoon (German time) will feature scholars on site, while most participants on the second day will Zoom in to the College of Fellows site in Tübingen. As a continuation of this workshop, we hope to produce short video interviews to publicise individual scholars’ research.
