We at the International Office want to show students and employees ways to the world and welcome the world to us. We support you in arriving well at our university and in our beautiful city and hope that you will soon feel at home with us. The focus of our work is to provide comprehensive advice on all aspects of the exchange as well as to show you ways to prepare yourself well for it. In the House of Languages you can take language courses and acquire intercultural skills.

Division V - International Office is also responsible for maintaining the university's international partnerships and is the central service unit for internationalization in general. We coordinate overarching internationalization projects and support the faculties in their internationalization projects.

our services

Our tasks

We are responsible for the organization of international mobility programs for students and teaching staff, and for the coordination of ERASMUS programs at the University.
We advise and support Tübingen students planning a semester abroad as well as international students coming to Tübingen on an exchange program.
We offer a comprehensive program of preparatory language courses and language courses running alongside the regular studies, as well as international summer programs.
We advise and support the faculties with international partnership agreements and projects for the internationalization of studies.
We are responsible for the organization of central projects and the central information platform for university-wide internationalization management.
