Sofiya Kartalova mit Vortrag bei Konferenz der ILLA in Freiburg

Unsere Kollegiatin Sofiya Kartalova (Jura) nahm an der von der International Language and Law Association (ILLA) organisierten Konferenz “Language and Law in a World of Media, Globalisation and Social Conflicts. Refounding the International Language and Law Association (ILLA) to make law more transparent” teil, die vom 7.-9. September 2017 in Freiburg/Breisgau stattfand. Im Panel “Pragmatics in Legal Linguistics” hielt Sofiya einen Vortrag unter dem Titel “The Strategic Value of Ambiguity for the Authority of EU Law in the Dialogue between the European Court of Justice and the National Courts” mit besonderem Fokus auf dem Beispiel von Stefano Melloni v Ministerio Fiscal (Case C-399/11, 2013). Außerdem nahm sie am ILLA Junior Researcher Panel teil.
