Members of the National Academy of Sciences and Humanities
The National Academy of Sciences and Humanities Leopoldina, founded in 1652, is among the world’s oldest such academies. Its 1,500 members work on social issues important for the future - independent of economic and political interests. Its tasks also include communicating the results to policymakers and the public.
