These are the current options for internal communication:
Internal newsletter
The newsletter "Uni Tübingen intern" is published every 2 weeks to keep University members informed of news that specifically concerns them. The items are written by the administration’s divisions, staff units, technical units, service units for employees, Deans’ Offices, inter-faculty institutes and centers; then they are submitted to the Public Relations Department.
Important: If you wish to publish an item, please contact your supervisor (Dean’s Office, head of department, etc.). They are responsible for the content of the item and must approve it.
Circulars
Another way to reach many members of the University is to send a circular via email. The IT Center (ZDV) is responsible for the technical side, while the legal department checks the content. Any member of the University may request to send a circular email; the Public Relations Department only sends circulars on behalf of the President’s Office.
Digital notice boards
You can also advertise university events and important information relevant to a large proportion of employees and students on the university's info screens (digital notice boards/ DSB):
