The Startup Centre's research group focuses on entrepreneurship, specifically in the areas of innovation, technology, entrepreneurship, and venture capital. 

We examine the growth and impact of start-ups on the economy and society. Our goal is to understand the relationship between innovation and entrepreneurship and to analyse how new technologies can help promote entrepreneurial initiative.

Our research focuses in particular on the role of women in entrepreneurship (female entrepreneurship) and the challenges they face in realising their full potential.

The work of the research group has the potential to influence policy-making and business practice and contribute to the promotion of sustainable economic development.
