Room rates for guests of the University, valid from July 1, 2025:

Room rates for external guests, valid from July 1, 2025:

• Monthly rates are valid from the day of arrival for 30 days stay.
• Subsequent days will be charged at the room rate/day.
• For bookings from 15 or 24 nights we offer graduated prices.
• The room bill can be paid by EC or credit card or by bank transfer.
• The prices include 7% VAT.
   
• Breakfast costs EUR 11,00/day/person. The price is not included in the room rate and will be charged separately.
• Breakfast can be canceled free of charge up to one day before arrival. In case of non-utilization without cancellation 50% of the single price will be charged.
• Payment can be made in cash, by EC or credit card.
• There is no breakfast service on weekends. Only in exceptional cases and by arrangement the service can be booked.
• Free cancellations can be made as follows:
  1 - 3 rooms = up to 4 weeks before the date of arrival.
  4 rooms or more = up to 6 weeks before the date of arrival.
   
• Cancellation fees for guests of the university: EUR 33,00/day, maximum EUR 330,00
• Cancellation fees for external guests: EUR 36,00/day, maximum EUR 360,00
• The institution that registered the internal guest is liable for payment, external guests themselves.
• Cancellation must be made in writing by e-mail to welcomecenterspam prevention@uni-tuebingen.de.

• The equipment of the rooms corresponds to a good hotel standard.
• All rooms have a TV and free internet access via LAN and WLAN.
• Towels are changed when needed, bed linen 1 x a week.
• Most rooms have a balcony or terrace.
   
• Rooms in the annex have a private shower room.
• Rooms in the main house have a shower in the room, some have the toilet in the hallway across the hall.
   
• In the annex, each floor has a kitchenette.
• Small meals and drinks can be prepared here independently.
   
• A washing machine and a dryer are available in the basement of our guesthouse Lessingweg 1 for a fee.
   
• The guest house is a non-smoking house.
• Smoking in the building and in the rooms is not allowed. In case of disregard we will charge a basic cleaning fee of EUR 150,00.
• A smoking corner is located in front of the entrance area of the annex.
   
• Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
   
• The guest house has a key safe that allows check-in at any time.
  The access code will be provided upon reservation confirmation.
