The residence halls are located in the North of Tuebingen. The institutes on the Morgenstelle, the University hospital premises on the Schnarrenberg and the town center can easily be reached by bus. A small shopping mall with a supermarket, bakery, butcher, pharmacy and post agency is just around the corner. You can also find schools and kindergartens in close proximity.

  • 1 to 3-room apartments, with private bathroom or shower and kitchen equipped for practical purposes.
  • Each residential unit has a terrace and a cellar compartment.
  • Free internet is available. Routers for WLAN are partially available.
  • Bed linen can be rented for 20 €, towels and dish towels must be brought.
  • Laundry can be washed in the coin-operated washing machines in the basement.
  • Bringing pets is not allowed.
  • Parking spaces are available on request.
  • A caretaker service for small maintenance and repair work is available.

 

Rents

Depending on the size of the apartment the rent is as follows:

Electricity costs depending on consumption as well as a broadcasting fee amounting to 18,36 Euro per month have to be paid separately. Heating, water, garbage disposal as well as the legendary "Swabian Sweeping Week" (stairwell cleaning) are included in the rent. Surcharges are levied in case of short rental periods up to three months or additional persons living in an apartment.

The apartments can be rented from one month to a maximum period of 12 months.
