New professor: Ralph Luetticke
Ralph Luetticke, until now Assistant Professor at University College London, has accepted the call to a professorship in Tübingen and, after a research stay in Stanford, will begin his work with us in winter semester 2022.
With Luetticke, the School of Business and Economics recruits a young scientist who has set standards with his work in the field of macroeconomics and through outstanding publications. In his research, he develops economic models that take into account the heterogeneity of households. Among other applications, they can be used to study the distributional effects of monetary and fiscal policy. Luetticke will be an excellent addition to research and teaching at the department, especially in the area of macroeconomics.
