What gives me strength? How can I cope better with challenges? What helps me feel good in my everyday life?
The University of Tübingen’s Mental Health Days invite you to explore these questions and learn more about mental health and resilience. From November 23 to December 02, 2026, you can take part in a range of free workshops, lectures, counseling sessions, and hands-on activities. Different formats are available for students and employees — so you can choose what works best for you.
Here we would like to introduce you to some contact points and persons to talk to. If you are not sure who could best address your concerns, please contact the Student Counseling Service (ZSB), who can either help you directly or else refer you to the appropriate contact point.
