Certificate Applied Business Administration (Master/Doctoral students)

The TCP Master's program invites you as a Master's student or doctoral candidate to participate in practice-oriented and lively workshops with experts. The program includes exciting topics such as:
Agile project management, basics of business administration, professional discussion and negotiation skills, managing change, HR know-how, labor law basics, corporate and leadership culture, teamwork and human resources development and artificial intelligence in the working world of today and tomorrow!

Note:
Unfortunately, the TCP Master had to be suspended for one semester in the winter semester 2023/24 for capacity reasons; certificates that have been started can be completed from the summer semester 2024.
Certificate in Applied Business Administration - Focus on Marketing
The following courses are required to obtain the "Applied Business Administration - Focus on Marketing" certificate:
- ABWL Basic Module - Fundamentals of Business Administration, Strategic Management and Accounting
(Duration: 2 x 2 days, Thursday and Friday, 6 CP) - ABWL advanced module - basics of marketing, strategic marketing
(Duration: 2 x 2 days, Thursday and Friday, 6 CP)
All courses that can be credited towards the ABWL - Marketing specialization certificate can be found in the Transdisciplinary Course Program Master, in alma:
Extracurricular activities > Interdisciplinary education and professional orientation > IV Transdisciplinary Course Program Master
Certificate in Applied Business Administration - Focus on Human Resources
The following courses are compulsory for the acquisition of the certificate "Applied Business Administration - Focus on Human Resources":
- ABWL Basic Module - Fundamentals of Business Administration, Strategic Management and Accounting
(Duration: 2 x 2 days, Thursday and Friday, 6 CP) - ABWL Advanced Course - Fundamentals of Corporate Human Resources Management
(Duration: 1 x 2 days, Thursday and Friday, 3 CP) - A further course on the topic of human resources management/leadership from the Transdisciplinary Course Program Master's program
(usually 1 x 2.5 days, 2-3 CP); this could be, for example- Potential and personnel development
- Professional interviewing
- Project management
All courses that can be credited towards the Certificate ABWL - Focus on Human Resources can be found within the Transdisciplinary Course Program Master, in alma:
Non-faculty courses > Interdisciplinary education and professional orientation > IV Transdisciplinary Course Program Master
You will receive a certificate of attendance for participating in each workshop. You can submit these to us after successfully completing the required courses in order to receive your certificate.
