Media Production Certificate
Shoot a clip with your smartphone, produce a photo for the social media platform, produce a podcast, write tweets or edit a print report. All-rounders are in demand in many media professions. Also, because many editorial and communication departments work across a range of media, it is worthwhile to get to know the different forms of media production.
The certificate
The (non-degree) Media Production Certificate has a journalistic focus and comprises the following sub-areas with a total of at least 15 Credit Points. The students should be familiar with at least three different forms of media production.
1. Basic course/editorial work at CampusTV or Radio Micro-Europa
- At least 6 credit points
- Production of your own reports/broadcasts
- Assistance in the production and moderation of monthly broadcasts
- Regular presence and collaboration in the editorial office
2. Editorial collaboration with student editorial teams such as Kupferblau, Faktor 14, Mediabubble
- At least 6 credit points
- Online editing
- Workshop Pageflow
- Workshop internet presentation etc.
3. Courses from the TCP program
- At least 3 credit points
- Advertisement photography
- Culture journalism
