Awareness Campaign: Team Equity

Team Equity's 'Awareness Campaign' is a central for an open, non-discriminatory organisational culture characterised by mutual respect and appreciation.

Awareness' means both 'perception' and 'consciousness'. The Awareness Campaign aims to create 'awareness' and sharpen 'perception'. It provides information on the forms, causes and mechanisms of exclusion and discrimination. It encourages people to reflect on their own ‘bias’, rules and norms that can have a structurally marginalising effect. It highlights possible courses of action and encourages people to take responsibility for shaping an organisational culture that is sensitive to discrimination.

The Awareness Campaign includes different formats (lectures, training courses, workshops, etc.) for different target groups and covers the topics of 'diversity', 'gender' and 'care'.
