Potential analysis for postdocs and assistant professors

The potential analysis is based on a questionnaire that is composed of findings from studies on professional success conducted by the Max Planck Institute. Based on the response behavior in a comparison of existing data sets, the questionnaire determines how the various competence facets are performed in each case. To this end, the questionnaire contains statements on various professional situations, for which you are asked to indicate which statements you agree or disagree with and to what extent.

In the following consultation, your individual characteristics are jointly analyzed and evaluated. These insights then enable conclusions to be drawn about which career paths might be of interest to you.
