RTG member Xinxin Zhao gave a presentation together with Prof. Dr. Olga Fischer from Amsterdam on November 17, 2016 under the heading “Heart without ‘The’” focussing on the iconic relationship between the overall plot of Joseph Conrad’s “Heart of Darkness” and the eavesdropping scene in chapter 2.
