Tandem talk Sofiya Kartalova with Prof. Anne Lise Kjaer

On July 04, 2018, our RTG member Sofiya Kartalova (Law) delivered a tandem talk together with Anne Lise Kjær, Associate Professor at iCourts (the Danish National Research Foundation's Centre of Excellence for International Courts) at University of Copenhagen, Denmark on the topic of "The Strategic Value of Ambiguity in Divergent Terms Used Interchangeably in the CJEU's Preliminary Rulings." Anne Lise Kjaer spoke about "The CILFIT Judgment: The Court of Justice of the European Union on the Inherent Unclarity of EU Law".
