Online session New Docs on the Block

In the summer semester, the Graduate Academy offers a short Welcome Session for new doctoral candidates. We introduce you to the University of Tübingen and to support services available for doctoral candidates. There will also be the chance to ask questions. The session lasts for 1 hour and will be held in English.

Welcome Walk for doctoral candidates and postdocs

Are you (relatively) new to Tübingen and would like to meet others while taking a nice stroll through the University quarter (Wilhelmstraße) into the Old Town? Join the Graduate Academy om May 21st 2026. We’ll meet outside the Bonatzbau of the University Library at 2pm. The walk will take place in any weather and will take approx. 2 hours.
The information provided during the walk will be in English.   

When? Thursday, 21st May 2026, 2-4pm 

Where? Meet in front of the Bonatzbau of the University Library (Wilhelmstr. 32; see here: https://uni-tuebingen.de/en/2249)
