Martina Bross studied English Literature, German Literature and Rhetoric at the University of Tübingen and at the University of Bangor (Wales). Afterwards she completed her doctorate on Shakespeare’s Hamlet at the University of Tübingen. She has worked at the Graduate Academy since 2016, where she coordinates the qualification programs for doctoral candidates (Doctoral Researcher Development Program) and for postdocs (Researcher Development Program) as well as the Certificate Program “Leadership in Academia, Industry & Society”. Until March 2019 she also coordinated the EU-Audit “Human Resources Strategy for Researchers” (HRS4R).
During her time as a lecturer at the English Department of the University of Tübingen, she completed the Baden-Württemberg Certificate for Didactics in Higher Education (Zertifikat Hochschuldidaktik). In 2016 she took part in a teachers’ training on “Good Scientific Practice” (offered by Michael Gommel, Gerlinde Sponholz and Helga Nolte). She regularly teaches workshops on the topic of Good Scientific Practice for doctoral candidates of different disciplines. In 2018 she took part in a qualification program on coaching competences offered by the Führungsakademie Baden-Württemberg.
Martina Bross is a member of the GUAT working group “Gute wissenschaftliche Praxis: Bestandsaufnahme und Umsetzungsstrategien”, the GUAT network “Postdocs als Zielgruppe von Graduiertenförderung und Personalentwicklung” and the GUAT network "Gute wissenschaftliche Praxis vermitteln - Netzwerk für Trainerinnen und Trainer".

Elias Güthlein studied Philosophy and General Rhetoric at the Universtiy of Tübingen, where he also joined the Research Training Group "Ambiguity" to complete his doctorate on riddles in advertising. During this period, he was the spokesman of the scholarship holders in the group and therefore involved in the successful application for a second funding phase of the RTG. Since August 2019, Elias Güthlein has worked at the Graduate Academy, where he is the project coordinator for researcher development. He coordinates the "Human Resources Strategy for Researchers" (HRS4R) as well as the implementation of the researcher development concept for the University of Tübingen.

Marion Jäger studied General Linguistics and English at the University of Tübingen and the University of KwaZulu-Natal (Durban, South Africa). From 2013 to 2018, she was a research associate at the Collaborative Research Center 833 Composition of Meaning of the University of Tübingen and a lecturer for syntax courses at the department of English linguistics. Marion Jäger did her doctorate in General Linguistics on leftward association of German and English focus particles. She has worked at the Graduate Academy as a project coordinator for researcher development since May 2018 and is responsible for the implementation of measures for researcher development.
