The TCP Master's program invites you as a Master's student or doctoral candidate to participate in practice-oriented and lively workshops with experts. The program includes exciting topics such as:
Agile project management, basics of business administration, professional discussion and negotiation skills, managing change, HR know-how, labor law basics, corporate and leadership culture, teamwork and human resources development and artificial intelligence in the working world of today and tomorrow!

Furthermore, you can acquire certificates in the following specializations:
- Applied Business Administration – Focus on Marketing
and/or - Applied Business Administration – Focus on Human Resources

The registration periods for workshops start on March 1 in the summer semester and on September 1 in the winter semester and run for the entire semester. Registration takes place via alma, Bachelor students are also welcome if there is free capacity.
The acquisition of these interdisciplinary skills is not prescribed in most Master's examination regulations, but you will still receive 2-6 CP (ECTS) for a completed workshop.
Note:
Unfortunately, the TCP Master had to be suspended for one semester in the winter semester 2023/24 for capacity reasons; certificates that have been started can be completed from the summer semester 2024.
