Student Affairs

On April 14, 2026, there will be an OPEN HOUSE at the Student Service Center (Wilhelmstraße 19).

At the Student Service Point (Room 001), you will find the services offered by the Student Administration and the Examination Office:

  • Information and advising
  • Orientation at the Student Affairs Office
  • Acceptance of documents and applications
  • Issuance of student ID cards
  • Issuance of degree documents

Student Service Point (SSP) in Wilhelmstr. 19, room 0.01 (ground floor)

Various student services are located in the Wilhelmstr. 19 building. These include the Central Examination Office (1st floor), the Student Administration Office (2nd floor) and the Student Counseling Service (3rd floor). There is also a Student Service Point (SSP) on the ground floor of the building. 

At the SSP you can get initial information and guidance, for example if you are looking for specific contact persons in the building or need contacts for certain questions, topics and responsibilities.   

Study information and forms are also issued at the SSP. Problems with ALMA can also be clarified here if necessary.
