EU Career Ambassador in the Career Service

Our TRACS Career Service was selected for the Europe-wide “EU Careers Ambassador” project. This innovative program aims to introduce students to the wide range of career opportunities within the EU institutions and to stimulate their interest in a career in this field.

As EU Careers Ambassadors, students volunteer at their university to provide information and inspiration. They organize office hours, participate in university events and create their own social media channels to share up-to-date information about careers in the EU. These activities provide valuable insights into starting a career at the EU institutions and are supported by the Career Service.

Ambassadors also benefit from digital training seminars offered exclusively by the European Personnel Selection Office (EPSO). These seminars not only prepare participants for their tasks in terms of content, but also teach important skills such as presentation techniques, branding and storytelling. In addition, there are numerous opportunities for individual, Europe-wide networking in the EU institutions and the Federal Foreign Office.

We are delighted to be part of this important network and to open the doors to a successful career in the EU for our students.
