Networking meeting of our student initiatives 2024
There is no way around student initiatives to promote civic engagement in higher education! Providing them with the best possible support and up-to-date information is part of our mission at Civic Engagement and Service-Learning at TRACS.
That is why this year's networking meeting addressed various approaches to support the initiatives as organisations and their individual volunteers in different dimensions. Among other things, there were contributions on how social engagement is possible within the framework of the European CIVIS University Alliance, on professional development with and for international students in the context of the DAAD-funded ‘Come to Stay’ programme from our Career Service and also deeper insights into the processes and formalities surrounding the University of Tübingen's special prize for outstanding student engagement!
We would like to thank all speakers and hope that we have also contributed to networking and publicising our committed students within the university.
