TRACS in conference

At our TRACS team day on 17.06.2024, the focus this year was on the human image and the concept of education

Almost 20 colleagues from the TRACS team - i.e. the Transdisciplinary Course Program & Civic Engagement, TCP Master, Global Awareness Education and Career Service - took part in our annual team day at the university's guest house.

Thematically, we were able to tie in very well with the development of our mission and explore our views of humanity and our understanding of education in a variety of ways. We also used artistic methods in the form of a collage (see picture).

The team day confirmed our holistic approach: we see students as independent personalities with individual strengths, needs and development potential. Our aim is to continue to take this diversity into account in our daily work and to create a supportive and motivating environment in which students can develop their full potential and thus prepare for a successful professional future.
